The Boatman Actor Sonar bait boat comes with Sonar echo fish finder. The Sonar system can be used to accurately detect types of terrain, depths and shows fish.
Also installed, is the Auto drive function to make it go forward without having to keep your finger pressing the controller. Auto drive works for 1 minute.
The sonar is far improved over the previous version. An extremely popular boat choice for carp and predator anglers. The battery life is 5 hours with the 10ah battery and 2.5 hours with the 5ah when used in slow speed setting. The single handed remote allows you to hold your rod whilst taking the line out in the boat which is handy for feeling the lead down. There are two hoppers, a centre and a rear. These boats have the battery which gives you the option to charge the remote control or even your mobile phone.
Hoppers -
The Actor has a large hopper in the middle of the boat, which can hold about 1000g of dry bait. The rear hopper 500g. Press the release button on the transmitter and the flap opens, releasing hook link at the same time if necessary.
Nightime -
The Actor is equipped with front and rear LED lights for night operation. They are recessed into the top of the boat to avoid shining directly on the water. Nevertheless they illuminate possible obstacles. The front LED is white and the rear LEDs are red, so you can always see in which direction the boat is pointing. There is an LED switch to turn off the LEDs during the day.
Extended use replaceable & rechargeable battery -
The supplied 5AH rechargeable battery is capable of providing travel times of up to 2.5 hours. This corresponds to using the boat e.g. 100 x 50m back and forth. If this is not enough, there is an easily accessible battery cover, which allows you to replace the battery with a new one quickly. The 230V charger is easy to use and is included.
Quiet drive system -
The engines and the propeller are optimized to keep noise levels as low as possible so as not to disturb the fish. Each propeller is surrounded by a large guard to prevent the intake of weed or other debris that could impede the propellers.

The Actor was developed with a modular design in mind. This allows you to easily maintain your boat and replace parts yourself.
